Production Specialist:

1. For Posted At, I worked with my clients on the colors for the logotype, selected and colorized the photo, made the graphs in Excel, and cleaned them up in Illustrator.

2. My client mailed the original of this tiny box to me, requesting a Pango Group version. I shot a quick photo and then created a mock-up in Photoshop (evidenced by the frayed edges). It was fun to work on such a small box, especially since I’d designed the brand and knew what would be best. They were used as candy box giveaways.

Harmon Enterprises

The photography and copywriting were provided by the owner of Harmon Enterprises. These two Social Campaigns were applied across these five channels: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. NOTE: only the YouTube and Instagram versions of the five channels are displayed here.

#1 PANGO GROUP — From its inception, we focused on an elevated approach to escrow; Pango means pledge. I designed the logo using distinctive brand colors, opting for purple and taupe to stand out from the prevalent blue in Real Estate. I crafted over 100 cohesive collateral pieces, including brochures, direct mail, web banners, email templates, convention banners, and social media.

#2 COLDWELL BANKER PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL — created new CB Previews Int—brand to be used exclusively in the boutique market of coastal Orange County.

#3 STRADA PROPERTIES — I expanded the powerful new branding to keep up with its meteoric growth (Strada Properties’ surpassed its one-year growth goals in its first three months.)

ROLE: Built Magazine Master Page Templates

Built layouts to match publisher’s specifications (modernluxury.com). Matched branding using pre-existing newspaper ads. Created paragraph / character styles, guides. 34 master page spreads with a variety of agent and property options for two color themes.

The client requested a new unified look for its existing Icons. I simply redrew them in Illustrator to create a single matching style for all. Colorized 2 sets as per client’s request.
